WashroomMate cleans homes, offices and washrooms across Abuja. We built the company around three things customers told us they rarely get from a cleaner: a price they know in advance, a cleaner who turns up when agreed, and a way to check the work was done.
How we work
- Prices before you book. Our booking form calculates the price from the size of your space. The price you see is the price on your invoice.
- A checklist for every job. Each service has a written checklist. Cleaners tick off each task on their phone during the visit.
- Photos and a second check. Cleaners take before-and-after photos, and a supervisor reviews the job before it is closed.
- Records you can see. Your bookings, invoices and receipts are in your account, and you can reschedule or cancel without calling anyone.
Our cleaners
Every cleaner works from the same checklists and is assigned only to jobs that fit their working hours, so they are not rushing from one home to the next. Cleaners only see a customer’s address shortly before the job.
